I didn't have any real issue with Hoppier, I did run into a slight confusion that I eventually figured out, but it wasn't intuitive at first. Moving the value of my gift card to my iPhone was at first confusing because the link to the directions took me to Apple's website. Once on the website, it took me a bit to figure out I had to move the value by adding the virtual gift card as a new debt card. The program setup is not user-friendly. I often lose progress on the email drafts because it prompts me to go to another screen.

I dislike that you have to make sure to set up your program a couple of days in advance, so the funds will be available; there was an instance where I tried to set it up the same day, and then the attendees had to wait until the day after our party to use their credit because the account didn't have available funds yet.
