One challenge we’ve encountered is with certain e-gift cards not accommodating larger catering orders, such as at Chipotle. In a few cases, we’ve had to cancel the cards and coordinate the order ourselves, which defeats the purpose of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was not advised on the fact that our staff in Pakistan could not use their cards. This was the biggest problem. The cost for 1 year for 100 invitations is very high, and if I wanted to get the next level of subscription, it was almost double the price. Each individual invitation was an additional $6 over the 100 that came with my subscription, which makes it difficult to choose Hoppier for all gift card needs. I didn't have any real issue with Hoppier, I did run into a slight confusion that I eventually figured out, but it wasn't intuitive at first. Moving the value of my gift card to my iPhone was at first confusing because the link to the directions took me to Apple's website. Once on the website, it took me a bit to figure out I had to move the value by adding the virtual gift card as a new debt card. The program setup is not user-friendly. I often lose progress on the email drafts because it prompts me to go to another screen.

After a program, you are not credited for the remaining balance - it just sits in your account.
