What do you like best about HootRecruit (formerly IQRecruit)?

I have worked with IQTalent on three projects, and each time the team members surprised me with very quick turnaround. Their due diligence and delivery are precise and timely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HootRecruit (formerly IQRecruit)?

I think the one "dislike" (I wouldn't even call it a dislike) naturally occurs within this industry regardless of who is doing the mapping: sometimes needing 2-3 rounds of research to hit the mark. For more generic projects, this hasn't been my experience with IQTalent, but for niche projects, we have had to connect more than once to fine-tune who the ideal candidate is. What do you like best about HootRecruit (formerly IQRecruit)?

We have engaged IQTX for some deep & specific sourcing for technical talent. We find them easy to work with and quick to calibrate to what we are looking for skills and experience-wise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HootRecruit (formerly IQRecruit)?

I would not ding IQTX for this, but calibration is a very manual process. It can take some time to get them up to speed. Again this is not a knock on them specifically. We find them open to feedback and direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
