I think the one "dislike" (I wouldn't even call it a dislike) naturally occurs within this industry regardless of who is doing the mapping: sometimes needing 2-3 rounds of research to hit the mark. For more generic projects, this hasn't been my experience with IQTalent, but for niche projects, we have had to connect more than once to fine-tune who the ideal candidate is. We have engaged IQTX for some deep & specific sourcing for technical talent. We find them easy to work with and quick to calibrate to what we are looking for skills and experience-wise.
