The alumni portal is good. The Onboarding POC Ms. Aashi was really good. The portal is easy to use once guided about the features. The features serve the purpose of connecting with the alumni and keeping them updated about the institute. The YouTube videos of the institute can also be uploaded easily. The platform has one of the easiest and most intuitive UI / UX. The team at Vaave is very supportive and understands the requirements very well, especially our Technical Account Manager, Kiran, who has been very instrumental in helping us set up and onboard our college alum association on the platform. This platform has a very easy reporting and matrix system, which allows us to help provide data related to NIRF, and NAAC compliances to our college. It integrates well with platforms like Indeed, and also has a payment gateway that helps in keeping track of orders, membership fees, events, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no option to upload directly to the gallery; it has to go through YouTube or Vimeo, this is okay, but it adds another step into the process of sharing photos and videos of events, chapter meets, etc. There is no option to automate the process of sending out payment reminders to people who have enrolled on to the platform already.
