Marketing Coach Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) 9/28/2021 "Homey" 4.5/5 What do you like best about Homey CRM? I like how easy it is to navigate. Some CRMs can be ugly to look at our difficult-to-find certain tools, however I find Homey to be fairly clean and easy to use when it comes to the overall navigation and functionality of the site. It is also fairly quick at loading bulk information compared to other CRMs i've used such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. I also like the customization aspect of it - you can totally redo the dashboards and available buttons on the side if you don't like the default set up. You can also change the color schemes and really make it your own CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Homey CRM? Nothing specific. Sometimes I wish it had certain features, especially the ability to design filters, but I have yet to find a CRM that allows you to do so the way I envision it. It is also fairly expensive for a CRM - it is the most expensive one I have seen but I would say it is worth it if it is in the budget at your company. If you get a cheaper CRM, you'll be missing some of the more importatnt features that Homey has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Homey CRM: I would check the price of it and see if it is okay for you and your organization. I wish we would've done that first, but i didnt have a say. I am pulling lists based on criteria and storing bulk data on our customers so we can go back and pull customer info (leads) when needed based on the criteria we set.
