I like that Homebase literally covers every aspect of my business from payroll to time sheets, to scheduling and team management. It's really the one all-in-one app for running a business. I appreciate having a time clock for clocking in and out for shifts and for taking breaks. The hiring assistance and HR functions are also valuable. The pay functions and the ability to track my team and scheduling are so helpful in running a business. I also found the initial setup of Homebase to be extremely easy, and I really got a feel for its functionality during the trial. I use Homebase for scheduling, messaging, and task management at our cannabis stores. I find it very helpful and easy to use for everything schedule-related, including shift switching and publishing schedules. The app is great because employees can check in and do everything through it. I like that it's very easy to use, allowing employees to switch shifts easily, which makes the manager's job easier.
