I have no issues whatsoever when using the software. I really like the time sheet tracking feature that ties into our POS system, Clover. Also, the way taxes are automatically filed is one of the best features. The initial setup was very easy, and the representatives I dealt with helped me immensely, making it a smooth process. I can copy and paste schedules from past weeks, which is super convenient for me. My employees appreciate the app too, and it's easy to use and easy to trade shifts. The employee availability feature is really nice because my team can change their availability to match up with their school schedules, and that's really helpful. I use Homebase mainly for timeclocks and communication. The GPS feature works out really well when we need it. I love how easy it is to do payroll, it cuts my time in half!
