What do you like best about Holded?

I like how easy it is to use Holded compared to other products on the market. I really value the billing and treasury management functions, as they work very well, are convenient, and are affordably priced. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy; I did it myself. What do you dislike about Holded?

They take a long time to implement improvements in the product. Additionally, customer service is not as fast as it should be and takes days to respond to the first message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
