hiyer Reviews & Product Details

hiyer is a recruitment platform connecting organizations with specialized executive search consultants to fill management and professional roles. Acting as a curated marketplace, it features consultants across industries, eliminating lengthy searches for recruiters. Organizations can create mandates in minutes, control visibility settings, and choose to open positions to the entire network or selected specialists. A centralized contracting framework reduces administrative overhead, with hiyer as the single contracting party. Candidate submissions are capped at five resumes per position per week per consultant to ensure quality. Contact details remain hidden until organizations engage with candidate proposals, and known candidates can be rejected with one click. Operating on a success-based model, organizations set commission rates above a minimum threshold and pay only upon successful placement. hiyer connects organizations to passive talent pools beyond active job seekers.
