Hivel is like Google Maps for our engineering organization. Without Hivel, we would be completely blind!

What started as an exploratory pilot has now become a mission-critical tool for our engineering org. From our Senior Leadership to the Engineering Managers, everyone checks Hivel frequently. Now, we are driving all our goals and decisions using Hivel's data.

The best part? In addition to a great product, the CX team at Hivel is exceptionally supportive and proactive and an unparalleled value addition for us. The implementation and integration were equally smooth.

We were solely relying on gut instinct until we discovered Hivel's dashboards, data, and insights. We had no idea what we didn't know, and the efficiency report they presented had all of those aha moments. Some measures are new to us, yet they are useful. Engineering metrics for efficiency are very new, and it may take some time to learn how to utilize or implement them. Flying blind about engineering processes and resource utilization was a constant challenge until we got Hivel. As a CEO, we have clear metrics from our sales, marketing, and customer success, but not from engineering.
