What do you like best about Hivel?

Hivel exceeded our expectations in multiple aspects. The UI/UX is top-notch, and navigating the platform is easy and intuitive. This has helped in quick adoption of the tool across our engineering teams. The onboarding was smooth and painless, and their customer support team was very responsive, making it an overall positive experience.

The Founder is a former CTO, and this background seems to have helped in making the product very relevant for engineering leadership. There is a profound understanding of our pain points and the insights we derive from the dashboards are very valuable in reporting both upward and downward within our company. "Saves a lot of time for engineers and leads"
5/5
What do you like best about Hivel?

We were initially pulling data manually for a small subset of what Hivel is showing on the platform, taking so much of our time. With Hivel, we are saving time and making our retrospective meetings (open PRs, rework, hotfixes are useful), standup calls and staff meetings more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hivel?

Not a dislike, but Hivel has a lot of valuable data and we requested APIs to allow us to fetch data and integrate with our other tools, and it's on their roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
