What I like about this software is how easy is to use it, besides that is very helpful, I love how I can organise all my week tasks, and how it helps me to be very calculated on what I need to do on the week, and giving me the necessary tools to do it, in a very easy and professional way. I like how I can share my documents and files by attaching it to task, is very practical, and it makes my work more easy. The To-Do-List is the thing that I use the most and found it very important, because this reminds me what should I do, and makes sure that all my task get done on time.

I like Hitask because it is smart software that allows me to do a lot of management stuff. For example, I can group tasks by dates and participants, which helps me because I am often confused about these things, and it helps me organize everything in my work.

It is integrated with Google, so I can sync with Google Calendar for a great experience.

Everything works well, and I always receive notifications when something happens in the app, like adding a comment or a task being completed.

We can also create tasks via email, and although we don't often use this feature, we are glad it exists because sometimes it needs to be used.

I have only two complaints about the software, and it's about customer support. When I have doubts about something, I can never reach customer support, or they respond very late. It would be great if they improved their customer support, as it is an important factor that every company should have.

The other thing I don't like is the lack of language integration. When I saw that a Latvian translation was available, I immediately clicked on it, only to see that it was not complete at all! I really like that Hitask facilitates the work in the organization of my daily tasks, modification, adjustment and administration; all this in a very simple way, without any complication. What I like the best about Hitask is how user-friendly is, it is a really easy software to understand and to use, you can't get lost, the tools are there and you can easily manage the program and achieve all the goals and tasks. Slow, difficult to organize/make categories. Terrible customer service. If you subscribe, do so monthly! There are zero refunds which means if you prepay, you will never see that money back if you decide to cancel. It's quite straight forward to use Hitask. There's no room to get lost as you can easily set up what you're aiming to achieve and share those tasks with other users. It's almost too simple to use. The desktop version doesn't really attract or keep my attention, which is one reason I stopped using it. If there was also a feature to integrate with Outlook (sorry if there is already!) that might give me more reason to use it.
