It is not complicated and you quickly learn to use, I can create an organized agenda with dates for different occasions, different events such as work tasks, any type of notes, birthdays, reminders, pending appointments, being able to play with the amount of colors as I'm organizing and creating the agenda, it can also be organized by dates and names. It seems to me that the interface does not go very well with a mobile device or maybe it is wrong and it is my device but it does not go very fast and the wait for registration becomes intolerable. Hitask is a practical tool, easy to use, it is totally flexible and adapts to all the work that needs to be done, on the other hand it is accessible because it allows me to use it from wherever I am. It is not the fastest software; when it tries to load files and data, it hangs a bit, which delays the work process a bit. On the other hand, I am also dissatisfied with the interface of the mobile application, I do not adapt completely to it and this interferes with my work possibilities and connection with the software.
