"HiTask - Nice product, lousy customer service"

What do you like best about Hitask?

HiTask has useful ways to make and organize lists. I especially liked that you could add sub-tasks and track those as well. With most other programs you can't track the sub tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hitask?

Their customer service is horrible. There was a problem with my billing and I tried every method possible to contact them and none worked or were ever returned. Email, Skype, phone call, online help...nothing worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile app. Programs can be updated from anywhere in real time. There is also a change long showing who made what changes and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
