A lot of tools are being built with AI lately, but I am yet to see a use case as holistic as Hirium's. They have leverage AI to make the entire recruiting process a breeze. And that's saying something, because even with so many ATS available, hiring is far from easy. If anything it has become more difficult.

Hirium is super affordable, feature-rich, and has a clean UI. We actually look forward to logging in. It does almost all of the manual work for us, from reviewing resumes, creating JDs, shortlisting candidates and more. I've used some of the popular ATS systems in the past, Hirium has none of their clutter. There is absolutely no learning curve.

I have seen the new deluge of AI-based hiring platforms, but Hirium has got it right. Whether it is conducting interviews using AI or wirting JDs (our HRs love it) they take care of it all. One thing that every candidate asks is the breakup of their salary (in-hand salary after all the deductions such as PF, It, PT etc.) and they don't have it.
