**Game-changer for top-of-funnel hiring**

Within one week of getting started, we hit our hiring goals without reviewing resumes or doing phone screen. HiringBranch freed up our hiring team's time significantly while helping us fill the roles fast as we scale.

What really stood out was the feedback from candidates. Multiple applicants told us it was the most human-like assessment experience compared to other top of funnel interviewers had ever gone through. That matters for our employer branding. HiringBranch's conversational assessment felt natural to candidates, which reflects well as an employer.

If you're looking to automate your top-of-funnel hiring without compromising on quality or candidate experience, HiringBranch is a no-brainer. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about HiringBranch?**

There isn't much to criticize. The current offering works brilliantly for high-volume hiring, and extending that same quality to harder-to-fill niche positions would make HiringBranch an even more complete solution for us.

**What do you like best about HiringBranch?**

I love how HiringBranch has completely streamlined our recruitment process, saving us an enormous amount of time by eliminating interviews and group assessments. The platform is intuitive, mobile-friendly, and allows candidates to complete assessments at their convenience. Most importantly, it enables us to identify candidates with the right soft skills and genuine communication abilities, leading to higher training pass rates, better retention, and improved overall performance in our fundraising efforts.

**What do you dislike about HiringBranch?**

There aren’t many negatives, but sometimes I worried initially about whether our smaller data sets would be enough for HiringBranch to provide meaningful insights. Also, the longer assessment (about 30-40 minutes) can be a bit much for some candidates, especially if they get interrupted or are applying on the go, but the new shorter assessment should help with this.

**What problems is HiringBranch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quality of candidate and retention has vastly improved which saves the company money, which in turn increases our profit.
The time saved throughout the recruitment process enables middle management to spend more time with the team, which improves performance, leading to more work from clients. This too increases our profit! 
Most importantly we are able to dedicate more time to focusing on why we do what we do, which is to get aid through to the most vulnerable in our global society.

**What do you like best about HiringBranch?**

I appreciate how HiringBranch has helped us standardize the way we assess communication skills across candidates, regardless of the role. The customizable assessments are helpful, and we’ve seen improvements in English proficiency and customer-centric skills.

Our clients have also been happy with the quality of new hires, which has contributed to increased hiring demand. The tool has also helped improve our interview-to-hire ratio, reducing the number of interviews needed per hire.

**What do you dislike about HiringBranch?**

One area for improvement is the assessment length, which can be 15 to 30 minutes and feels long for some candidates, especially for roles not directly related to customer service. Because the assessments are quite long, we also notice some candidate drop-off during the process. We also still need to manually review CVs for specific client requirements, like software experience or university background, because these aren’t fully automated in HiringBranch yet.

**What problems is HiringBranch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main challenges we had before was assessing English communication skills consistently across candidates. With different recruiters and a large number of applicants, the evaluation could sometimes be subjective.

HiringBranch helps us standardize how we evaluate English proficiency, making it easier to categorize candidates and confidently present qualified candidates to our hiring managers and clients. This has made the screening process more structured and efficient, which also contributes to a faster time-to-hire.

I really like HiringBranch's ability to automatically evaluate candidates' language and communication skills with fast AI-driven assessments tailored to specific job roles. It solves the problem of slow, inconsistent, and subjective evaluations by providing fast, standardized, and objective AI-based assessments. What I appreciate most is its ability to deliver instant, job-specific communication skill scores with consistent AI-driven accuracy. The initial setup was good as well.

Sometimes the screen freezes in between the assessment. Maybe it could be more reliable if used by multiple users at a time.

Its been a pleasure working with HiringBranch for our organization. Support is always available, and are able to brainstorm and curate customized solutions. We have been able to add personalized features to serve our needs and ensure seamless integration despite geographical variability.The test itself is great and really tests the critical thinking of participants.
