**What do you like best about HireIQ?**

HireIQ is easy to use and implement. But it wouldn't be my first choice in case I need help with finding human resources. It has a number of features that are helpful but not my favorite.

**What do you dislike about HireIQ?**

The customer support is very poor. They say "will reach back to you" but never did. The glitches happening with software at times, test my patience a lot. To find a particular qualification, the filters won't work making it harder and time-consuming. this makes it less frequently used software.

**What problems is HireIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before HireIQ, I used to rely on different apps for the recruitment process. One app for resume sorting, another app for sending out emails, and another app for conducting interviews. Definitely, HireIQ made everything available at one place, but they have a lot to improve as well.

**What do you like best about HireIQ?**

It is easy to use and integrate with the existing solution. It is fast and has a great and stable UI. Also it has good customer support and feedback mechanism in case of any doubts/queries.

**What do you dislike about HireIQ?**

Everything is good and is in place and is pretty much stable.

**What problems is HireIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is able to solve and streamline the recruiting problem making it more effective and efficient.

They are best at analyzing the needs and then providing the right resources to consider while keeping the budget in control.

**What do you dislike about HireIQ?**

There is not much to be highlighted. Sometimes the support is slow

It helps in managing the pipeline of candidates, collecting feedback, and providing a complete funnel visibility for different verticles.

This is a good tool that simplifies the interview/interviewing part of the process.

**What do you dislike about HireIQ?**

Took a while to get acclimated, and also duration of it could be challenging for some who don't have a lot of time to complete it.

**What problems is HireIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When hiring in bulk and very often, was an issue of ours, however it can expedite the prescreening process of candidates.

Very user friendly, I love that it can be personalized, I can invest my time in those candidates that seem to have the highest value.

Well, I am still on the discovery face and I have to use it more, so far I have only positive comments

It is a very awesome program, make sure you reach out you support team member to make the experience even better

Massive recruitment done quicker, since candidates complete many steps right before they reach us. I can also evaluate their "energy", which I never really paid attention to before.

I took an online video interview that was through this program. It was easy and quick.

Nothing it didn't have any issues. when I used it it ran smoothly.

The quality of the questions keep the candidate on his or her toes.

**What do you dislike about HireIQ?**

The length can be daunting. Although it would weed out candidates who aren't serious, people who are task oriented may be turned off as it goes on forever.

Try it, you won't lose anything it works for what it's made for.

Mass hiring without anyone falling through the cracks.

**What do you like best about HireIQ?**

HireIQ automates the initial interviews, so recruiters are no longer acting as outbound telemarketers, working on lists provided by the company’s recruiting page and sites. Instead, the potential recruit simply clicks on a link or makes a call to answer some prerecorded standard questions whenever and wherever is convenient for them.  This saves a lot of time for recruiter. In my opinion more than 70%.
Recruiter then can review pre-recorded interviews and make a call.

**What do you dislike about HireIQ?**

Even through the concept is really good, it lacks the personal feel to the process. This Automation may sometimes miss the the details that a person can feel while talking to the candidate.

**Recommendations to others considering HireIQ:**

Re-analyze your needs and then decide about this product. If you have a great attrition rate, this and do a lot of pre-screening, this might be helpful.

**What problems is HireIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This speeds up the process of pre-screening of candidates. Saves a lot of time for recruiter and technical person.

Highly compatible system that can be tailored to the needs of each company. For companies who do mass hiring and are looking for ways to speed up the process, HireIQ can help. Robust virtual interviewing software with high quality predictive qualities and intuitive dashboard. 

**What do you dislike about HireIQ?**

As with any virtual interviewing software, you do not get the "human" interaction despite the predictive software.

Companies who do high-volume or batch hiring, InterviewIQ can help. If you are not one of these companies, I would reconsider this product.
