Can schedule out emails to send in the future. Can customize specific 'buckets' to move candidates through within each requisition. Can create custom tags that stick to applicants. I've almost never run into a situation where I've felt like, "wow I wish I could do that!" as almost everything can be adjusted/customized. - Sharing friendly: can easily add people not in the system into interview invites, share profiles and resumes with them, etc. and for teammembers in the system it's even better - copy/pasting URLs work for sharing, plus a tagging system. - Support: the Hirehive team is readily available for support and resolving any issues that arise - quickly too typically. Very open to our feedback and have implemented things we've suggested. - Easy candidate experience: applications are EASY to submit! one page lists the entire application - candidate's don't need to re-type their whole resume like in some systems, customizable questions. Now as a mature business in our market, HireHive continues to inovate and evolve to meet the needs of our growing business. The interview scheduling tool is a life saver! The new AI features save us lots of time. Customer support is excellent. HireHive's team is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. The integration with our websites Jobs Page is seamless. It looks like we designed it to fit there ourselves. I would recommend HireHive to any company anywhere in the world who needs a one stop shop for all thier recruiting needs. I like how easy it is to get started - within a few clicks, you can have your job posted, see applicants coming in, move them through the pipeline and communicate via email. Some of the configurations are limited - for example, with delaying emails, there are only a couple of hardcoded options (you can't pick the exact date/time you want). The actual configuration screens, while easy, are limited in what you can do - can't reorder certain configurations easily - have to delete, recreate in the order you want them to appear.
