This new technology applicable in Human Resources is very efficient. That is the best thing with Hirebee.ai. It streamlines the process in sourcing and recruitment even up to job offers.Helps small businesses focus on core services rather than extending time tracking applicants manually. I have encountered similar technologies in the past, but it is not close to this software. It's the first piece of recruitment software that I have used; it is a seamless process and you'll have a better user experience with HireBee. It is a lot better than using spreadsheets for a host of reasons. The candidate database allows you to sort and filter candidates by relevant filters. Two mailboxes, one for the direct mailing with the candidate and the other for the general one. There are also mail templates that help me a lot. I have limited access to the platform as I don’t have an admin or Sr. recruiter role so there are many features that I cant use but hope I can get access to the full features in the future. I recently joined the HR department as an intern and was amazed at how automated the hiring process can be. All mailings and zoom meetings are generated by the Hirebee platform.
