I would say that not being able to edit your video in the middle can be frustrating. Sometimes I make the perfect video with the exception of a small pause or hesitation that editing in the middle could be helpful in streamlining the process and getting more successful hintros made. This has benefited our digital presence tremendously. It has started to close the gap that has been made from removing our in person connections to digital. This platform allows for our physical presence to be made even though we are not able to meet face to face. With all the different features of the platform (Hinterview / Hintro / Questions) there's basically something for every scenario, and with a bit of lateral thinking you can almost always find a way to use the technology to overcome objections and keep a process moving. If I had to make a criticism, I would want the process of uploading clients for a mass email campaign to be simpler, but that's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use the tool to help us speed up processes, keep strong candidates in who have been wrongly rejected, break in to cold clients with a different approach and to add character to our shortlists. My personal favourite is using it when someone I believe to be a strong candidate has been rejected, I do Hinterviews with them to discuss the points the client felt they were weak on, and it gives them a chance to talk about what makes them strong in that area as well as everything they already covered at interview. It's a great conversation starter, as candidates are more likely to click and view, and they like the fact that you have taken the time to create a personalised message for them. So even though they might not be interested in discussing the role etc. further, at least you're usually guaranteed a reply from them and know where you stand. Business problems it helps with is helping the recruitment experience for the client. Helping them maybe carry out less interviews than they would have previously, as they can have that interview experience with Hinterview, without taking time out their day to conduct all the interviews.
