What do you like best about HiHello?

Nobody looks good with a fat stack of business cards making a lump in their back pocket. Nobody can claim that they’ve \*never\* lost a business card from a new contact. And \*certainly\* nobody can say that they’ve \*never\* gotten to an event only to find that they forgot to bring business cards.

Enter HiHello: problems solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

I wish it was easier to create multiple, swipe-able QR codes to live on your Lock screen, or at least as home screen widgets. When I’m at an event where I’m courting both talent managers and unrepresented potential clients, I’d like to be able to smoothly swap between different cards for the two groups without going all the way into the app. That looks and feels clunky when a big lead is standing right in front of you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?

HiHello gives me the ability to tailor my digital strategy to my different client archetypes from square 1. Not only does this look savvy and customized from the jump - it also saves me backend time with segmenting, scheduling, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Who knew a business card could be fun!?"

5/5

What do you like best about HiHello?

I really appreciate the level of customization HiHello offers—it allowed me to design a digital business card that truly reflects my brand. From the colors and logo placement to the layout and links, every detail feels intentional and professional. As someone who cares deeply about brand consistency, it’s refreshing to use a tool that helps me present my company exactly the way I want to. HiHello makes it easy to stand out while staying completely on-brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

The only thing I wish HiHello offered—or made more obvious—is the ability to share your card by tapping phones, like with NFC or AirDrop-style functionality. Maybe it's there and I just haven’t found it yet, but being able to “bump” phones or instantly transfer my card with a quick tap would take an already great experience to the next level. It’s such a natural, modern way to share contact info, and it would make live networking feel even more seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?

HiHello solves a major problem for me: I don’t want to use paper business cards anymore. They get lost, they’re hard to update, and there's no way to track who actually keeps them. With HiHello, I can share my contact info instantly, track who I’ve shared it with, and even get analytics—which is a huge bonus. I attend a lot of trade shows, so being able to display my QR code on my phone, my watch, or even at my booth makes networking effortless (and honestly, pretty cool 🤌👌). It’s modern, convenient, and just makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Go-To Business Card Replacement: HiHello Review"

5/5

What do you like best about HiHello?

HiHello has become my go-to tool for sharing contact info. I’ve pretty much ditched physical business cards — this app does it better.

The mobile and Apple Watch apps are smooth and easy to use.

Sharing my digital card is seamless via QR code, text, or email.

When someone saves my info, HiHello prompts them to share their own — so I get their contact details too. Huge win.

You get 5 free business card scans (great for quick digitization), and upgrading unlocks more scans and advanced syncing options with your contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

The free plan is limited if you're doing high-volume networking — especially with the card scanning.

Contact syncing is a paid feature

Occasionally, people aren’t familiar with digital cards and need a little coaching to engage with it fully Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use HiHello to easily share and collect contact information during networking, meetings, and events. It replaces the need for physical business cards and makes it simple to exchange info on the spot—whether in person using a QR code or remotely via text or email. I also use it to scan paper business cards, organize my contacts, and keep everything synced across devices.

I also tested the email signature feature, which is a nice bonus, but I ended up using another tool that offered more customization for my needs. Still, it’s great that HiHello includes it as part of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined & Stylish Networking for Sustainability Events"

5/5

What do you like best about HiHello?

HiHello offers an elegant blend of simplicity and personalization. What I appreciate most is the ability to design digital business cards that reflect not just professional details but also intentional branding and storytelling. Sharing contact info instantly via QR codes was especially powerful during Seattle Climate Week - it minimized transactional interactions and made space for authentic engagement. It's rare to find a tool that feels human-centric in a digital networking world, but HiHello gets close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

During Seattle Climate Week, managing multiple touchpoints post-event required a bit of a manual lift that could've been smoother with reminder settings or an analytics dashboard. The app feels designed for single-user excellence, expanding that to team-based workflows would take it to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?

HiHello helps eliminate the friction and inefficiency of traditional networking, no more juggling paper cards, scrambling to recall conversations, or manually inputting contact data. During fast-paced events like Seattle Climate Week, the app streamlined exchanges and preserved context by allowing real-time, branded card sharing with just a scan. For someone whose work blends strategic outreach and creative storytelling, HiHello offered a way to make those first impressions intentional and lasting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HiHello has elevated my email game!"

5/5

What do you like best about HiHello?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Since adding my HiHello signature, I’ve noticed more engagement and professionalism in my communication — it’s like my digital business card grew up and got a glow-up! I love how clean, clickable, and easy it is to update. It’s helped streamline my branding across emails and made it super simple for people to connect with me.

I also appreciate how user-friendly the platform is — no tech degree required. I highly recommend HiHello to any professional looking to stand out in their inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

No complaints at all — everything works smoothly and looks great in my daily use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using HiHello, I didn’t have a polished way to share my contact info or showcase my roles across different projects. Now, everything is centralized, professional-looking, and easy to update — which saves time and makes it easy for people to connect with me. It’s especially helpful as someone who wears multiple hats in business! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ease of Use"

4.5/5

What do you like best about HiHello?

I've been using the HiHello app for several months, and it's been a fantastic addition to my professional toolkit. The ability to create beautifully designed, customizable digital business cards that can be shared instantly via QR code, email, text, or even Apple Wallet is incredibly convenient. It’s helped me make strong first impressions at networking events and conferences, and I love how easy it is to update contact info without reprinting cards.

One standout feature is how seamlessly it integrates with my email signature and LinkedIn. Having all my contact details, links, and even a photo in one sleek format makes communication so much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

One drawback is that while the free version is useful, some of the more advanced customization options and analytics are locked behind a premium subscription. For individuals or small teams on a tight budget, that can feel limiting.

Overall, HiHello is a smart, modern solution for anyone looking to ditch paper cards and upgrade their networking game. Highly recommended for professionals who want to make connections that last. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?

Outdated or lost contact information – With paper cards, once they’re handed out, the info is static. If your number, email, or title changes, your contacts are left with outdated details. HiHello solves this by allowing you to update your digital card in real time, ensuring that anyone who has your card always has your most current information.

Inconvenience of carrying and managing paper cards – No more running out of cards or digging through stacks to find someone’s contact info. With HiHello, your card is always on your phone and can be shared instantly via text, email, QR code, or even Apple Wallet.

Limited space and design on physical cards – HiHello lets you include everything from your social media links and websites to a personal video, photo, or logo. This gives people a more complete, professional picture of who you are.

Environmental waste – Going digital means reducing the need for printed cards, which is more eco-friendly and sustainable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I love Hi Hello"

5/5

What do you like best about HiHello?

Hi hello has been a great option for me as an entrepreneur. I can share a bunch of information all at once with my clients and it is all so fast! The opportunity to customize even in the free version of the app are big points for me! I love that I am never without my business or personal card and they can have my information in seconds. I use it almost daily and often times more than daily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

- When a client has an Iphone sometimes it is tricky for them to save the contact

- I wish there was a NFC option to share so we can just tap phones and boom they have my info

- I would love to add more fields to my business and personal card like my social media youtube channel or etc. Now there totally could be but if there is I wasn't able to find it while setting up my cards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally, a Digital Business Card That Actually Gets Me!"

5/5

What do you like best about HiHello?

As someone wearing multiple hats (Senior Partner, Contributing Editor, and passionate Rotarian), finding HiHello felt like striking digital gold. Unlike other e-business card platforms I've tried, HiHello truly understands the complexity of modern professional life. The ability to have multiple tailored profiles under one umbrella is an absolute game-changer. Whether I'm at a corporate networking event, writing retreat, or community fundraiser, switching between my roles is seamless and intuitive.

The simplicity of a QR code that anyone can scan to swap details is genuinely brilliant. It levels the playing field—no awkward fumbles with physical cards or lost opportunities scribbled on scraps of paper. Plus, capturing the other person's details in return makes networking feel mutual, fair, and genuinely modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

My single, tiny gripe? I'd love to see a broader range of contemporary designs. A bit more visual flair would make an already stellar tool absolutely unbeatable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HiHello?

It is an app that, given its trial free nature, allows you to access to the basics of it (no discriminatory).

Its allowance for the trial free nature is quite comprehensive allowing at least a personal and a professional card.

I look forward to trying the paid feature at some point, recognising the importance of fostering what you care about.

Nonetheless, up to now, I've shared the app with many people avoiding the bigger footprint of a printed card, which is still in use for those moments where I am rushing.

I would highly recommend giving it a go. For me it is definitely worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

A multilanguage platform would amplify the outreach and will provide opportunities to connect the world better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?

They provide a free-trial version. I believe this is essential to increase the real traction - traction that is measured by the number of users rather than the income it brings.

It allows to reduce the carbon footprint of physical cards.

It is not invasive, by providing options to share, such as QRCode, message (if you only want to share your phone number), or email (if that is your preferred interface) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HiHello?

I love that HiHello is simple to use. Its a fantastic way to share your business card easily from your phone. I typically text my card to others who request it, but my QR code is also and icon on my phone just in case cell service is poor. The QR code also goes on my end slide in every presentation. The email signature options are an attractive way to end an email as well. Lastly, scanning someone's paper card in my HiHello account is a real game-changer! What do you dislike about HiHello?

I would like it if HiHello had the option for a tap card. I've seen that other brands have a metal card that someone can tap their phone to. I also think there's an entire innovative leg of business they aren't tapping into around networking - perhaps the option to be listed in a categorized directory, meetups, ads, and the like.

Also, I refer it a lot and there should be a referral incentive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't have to track paper cards and I have my own on my phone if needed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're thrilled to hear that you find HiHello simple to use and that it has become an essential tool for sharing your business card. We appreciate your feedback about a tap to share NFC card, while we don't sell NFC cards, HiHello does allow you to make an NFC card, you can learn more about that on our Help Center. https://support.hihello.com/hc/en-us/articles/26571656754331-Share-Your-Card-With-NFC

Thank you for your feedback about directories and referrals, we'll take that into account.
