I really like HiHello's flexibility with its QR code feature, which makes sharing links via text or email super easy. It allows me to digitally connect with people very quickly, and it's extremely nimble and flexible. I don't have to worry about forgetting business cards anymore because it's always on me. The ability to edit your card could be a little more streamlined. If I delete someone off of my Google Workspace account, it doesn't always delete that person's card from HiHello. I have to go back in a second time to delete that person's card. There should be a two-way communication; when I take someone off of Google Workspace, it should automatically take them off of HiHello, but it does not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate HiHello for providing a centralized way to create business cards, as it saves us the hassle of customization and updating information regularly. The thing I struggle most with is a centralized way to distribute these cards. With normal methods, the user has to accept the invite from the email, download the app, create an account, input their personal info, and only then can they use their card. It would be great if I could just create that card for them in the app and share the pkpass file with them so they can use it from their Google/Apple wallet. There are quite a few steps to setting up a card and while it's not hard, in order to implement it on a bigger scale, it would be great if it were simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that HiHello looks clean and blocky in the email. Compared to my peers, whose email signatures are often disjointed and all over the place, I appreciate the consistency of mine with HiHello. It just makes me look more professional, like I'm actually a business rather than just someone working for a company. I just find it kinda hard to share and kinda clunky. To get people to, like, do the QR code thing. People don't necessarily have it, and it's like, I'm not really trying to pitch somebody at a convention per se. So people kinda rely on the physical cards more so. And I think it'd be kinda cool if there was, like, some compatibility so that you guys made it look like perfect so that I could put, like, my headshot and everything. I haven't run into anything yet that doesn't work well for me. I do wanna say that as far as the emailing, I have not gotten that down packed yet inside of HiHello. I normally just share my card, but I'm also wanting to learn more about the tools of how I can email my card from inside HiHello. I've tried it once before, but I didn't quite understand it. I really like the accessibility and convenience of HiHello. It's nice to always have it on me as a backup when I don't have a physical business card.
