The concept itself is interesting — generating UGC-style ads from just a product photo. Their marketing promises are attractive, and the idea has potential if it worked as advertised. The interface is confusing, video quality is unstable and inconsistent, and the price is far too high. I asked for a refund right away, but support only sends copy-paste replies refusing to return money. On Discord, hundreds of users complain about the same issues, but moderators ignore them.
