**What do you like best about Hiearlly AI?**

Hiearlly ai reduced the hiring time to by 72%, we are not getting drowned in the resumes any more. it has great chatgpt ui and it integrated with my existing ATS systems. 

The ai agent is rock solid with reasoning and is not a black box for us, it tells us why it is taking any action.

in the current marketplace, hiearlly ai is the most cost optimised option that we have and it proving to be our most used tool by the recruiters

**What do you dislike about Hiearlly AI?**

It can do a better job on the more integrations and we could use more tools to be integrated and worked on.

**What problems is Hiearlly AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were getting dumped with resumes and all resumes were great, however when we took the technical rounds we found out that these candidates are not that good. 

hiearlly ai helped us solve this problem by doing the technical assessments first on a scale and with their ai interview and anti cheating engine, it helped us to reduce the resume slops.
