Hiearlly.ai is solving the biggest problem of the AI generated resumes for technical roles. When candidates hits apply on your company's careers page. They will be presented with the Technical Assessment which is generated and managed by our agent. Once candidate completes the assessment another agent takes the responsibility to validate the approach and the solution over the call with the candidate. Basis on their actual hand on assessment they will be ranked and shown to you. It saves time of your technical resources and they could focus on the actual responsibilities. We have proven model, which shows you save ~78% time in technical recruitment, ~27% money you spend on the recruiters and the tools. HIearlly.ai is a solution and not just yet another tool, you get hiearlly.ai and do not need to use any other tool ever again.
