Customization is a core element for us as a fast growing organization its nice to have an HRIS provider that we can taylor to our changing needs whether these are for new benefits, relocation or education programs **What do you dislike about Hibox?** Overall, Hibob is a sound HRIS system. However, my main feedback would be to align it with google calendar so that when i set up catchups with employees, the system automatically sends out the calendar invites and also have the option for these catchups to be recurring. Another point is that the Line-of sight-visibility is not very good. Specifically, it's a bit confusing when i search for N-2 goals or performance reviews, in most cases, i need to search employees by name, it would be better if I could select to see all employees with the same N+2 manager. **What problems is Hibox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its helpful as it's a one-stop solution for storing employee data and documents. That was a great start. What I really like best is that I'm at 'inbox zero' every day now. By moving away from email as a form of communication to the chat and task creation method I've reduced the number of emails I need to answer by 90% (really!). I'm saving roughly 50% of the time I used to spend on team communication, which has opened my day up to work on building my business. We're way more effective now as well. Now I know exactly what's been done and when, so no more weekly meetings to ask if everything has been completed. It's just amazing how Hibox made my company better overnight. We've tried about 10 similar products over the years and all of them failed for one reason or another. I'm so happy about Hibox I took the time to write this review. **What do you dislike about Hibox?** There's not really anything to dislike, so I'll nit pick to answer this one. When I assign a task to someone using a DM I still need to assign the task to that person. 95% of the time that person will be assigned the task, so it should auto-populate for that. Not a big deal, but had to come up with something. **Recommendations to others considering Hibox:** When Covid-19 hit we hit on a team communication solution that I think is pretty common. Slack for chat, Asana for task management, Skype for calls and chat, tons of emails when someone is not on Skype, and Zoom for external meetings. That's five software products to sign up for, pay for and use - all the while going back and forth trying to figure out where that document went or if someone received a task. Now that we use Hibox, we literally don't use any of the other software I mentioned. Life is much simpler this way. **What problems is Hibox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're solving a disjointed team communication strategy. Previously team communication happened mainly via email and Skype. Hibox is way faster efficient and has essentially done away with our weekly meetings where I need to run through my list of tasks and ask if each has been completed. I was in the dark before and now everything is very clear. Another way we're using Hibox is by creating a 'Stream' for some of our customers. This way we're able to communicate directly with them for onboarding and any additional work. They love it because they get resolution to their issues much faster and with more accuracy than they used to. I just saves everyone time all around. ### 12.
