Hibiscus is a Canadian grown, Canadian made HR platform that supports the Canadian marketplace. Hibiscus supports small and medium businesses with their HR and Payroll needs. What's inside: -Payroll — CPP + CPP2, EI, federal + provincial tax, QPP + QPIP + reduced EI for Quebec. T4 e-filing to CRA. CPA-005 direct deposit files. -Compliance library— every tenant ships with pre-built reminders for ROE deadlines, T4 filing, CRA remittances, WHMIS expiry, and more. Automation, but specifically for Canadian HR. - Offboarding with Service Canada-compatible ROE XML, not a PDF you re-key at 4 pm on day five. - Employees / onboarding / benefits / performance / time & attendance — the full stack, with org charts and self-service. - Integrations with Slack, Teams, QuickBooks Online, and Xero.
