Our company uses HH2 for timesheets and as a sync client between RedTeam Flex and Sage 300.

For the timesheet component, the system is very easy to use and doesn't required additional training for a new user other than showing them where to find the coding. From there, they can easily go in and enter their hours throughout the week as needed. Our field teams use the system and it is easy to navigate between multiple timesheets if you are overseeing multiple employees.

The sync client does a decent job considering the number of transactions we are pushing through the system on a day to day basis. While they can sometimes be slow, the support team is always willing to help and when needed, they always find a solution quickly. We do not run into any slowness or outages with the system.

I do have any pricing information nor have I seen AI being leveraged in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When transactions fail between RedTeam, hh2, and Sage, the error message that comes back to our team does not provide a lot of details. It can make it difficult to find a resolution for that specific issue.

I wish the system offered a copy from previous week option, or any AI functionality that could make it easier to enter timesheets that nothing is different since I code to the same place every week.

It would be nice if the system could integrate with our HRMS dayforce sso that time off requests automatically pulled into the timesheet and didn't require me to have to manually enter it.

No complaints on pricing since I do not have those details. That being said, I do think the system is worth whatever we pay for it since it's so easy to use for our field teams but the mobile application is difficult to use compared to the web version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I purchased HH2 Payroll and Field Reports with the understanding that it would integrate with my accounting software. Throughout the sales process, I repeatedly emphasized that direct integration was my primary focus. At no point was I informed that HH2 does not support QuickBooks Desktop. Given that our company was initially planning to transition to Sage, HH2 was recommended to us by our hosting provider. However, during the final implementation phase, we discovered that Sage lacked a critical functionality we needed, making it unusable for our business.

This left us relying on our existing QuickBooks Desktop setup—only to then learn that HH2 does not integrate with QuickBooks Desktop at all. Had this been disclosed during the sales process, we would not have proceeded with the purchase.

Despite reaching out to HH2 immediately upon discovering this issue, they refused to provide any refund, even though the service has not been used. I even offered to cover reasonable setup and onboarding costs while requesting a partial refund, but my request was dismissed outright. Worse, after my initial inquiry, HH2 became unresponsive and unwilling to have further discussions.

The lack of transparency during the sales process and their unwillingness to engage in good-faith resolution is disappointing. I strongly caution businesses considering HH2 to triple-check any claims about integrations before signing a contract or making a payment, as HH2 will not offer any flexibility even in situations where their software does not meet a customer’s needs. It uses cloud so I can access it in various locations and irrespective of devices. This is extremely useful when I want to use it outside of office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
