Our company uses HH2 for timesheets and as a sync client between RedTeam Flex and Sage 300. For the timesheet component, the system is very easy to use and doesn't required additional training for a new user other than showing them where to find the coding. From there, they can easily go in and enter their hours throughout the week as needed. Our field teams use the system and it is easy to navigate between multiple timesheets if you are overseeing multiple employees. The sync client does a decent job considering the number of transactions we are pushing through the system on a day to day basis. While they can sometimes be slow, the support team is always willing to help and when needed, they always find a solution quickly. We do not run into any slowness or outages with the system. I do have any pricing information nor have I seen AI being leveraged in the system.

I have not been able to use the product I purchased.

It uses cloud so I can access it in various locations and irrespective of devices. This is extremely useful when I want to use it outside of office.
