What do you like best about HG Insights?

We use the technographic and firmographic data from HG insights - these values feed into our CRM and provide us with our Account ICP. The best part about HG in my opinion is the CSMs/support team, they are always available with their expertise if we have any issues. In terms of usability, the platform is quite easy to use overall. We had some set backs with mapping /etc, but this is always a work in progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
