**What do you like best about Heyo Chat?**

What I like most about this platform is that it is very linear, their dashboard is very clean and intuitive, and very easy to navigate. It allows me to create and set up digital products, manage links, and also handle monetisation. Also, their best thing is that the onboarding is very smooth and fast.

**What do you dislike about Heyo Chat?**

Even though the simplicity is very good, the customisation options are very limited compared to other platforms. More detailed analytics and deeper branding are a bit unpolishedly limited. And integerations needs to be worked on as well.

**What problems is Heyo Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heyo solves the problem of segmented monetisation. It helps me bring all the tools under a single platform, tools such as payments, landing pages and digital products. It highly helps me by bringing all the tools in a single dashboard. This platform highly reduces the tool overload and saves time.

**What do you like best about Heyo Chat?**

I find Heyo Chat easy to use for creating social voice communities. The interactive entertainment features are a highlight, making social interactions more engaging and fun. Real-time communication is another feature I appreciate, as it makes conversations feel more natural and dynamic, allowing for instant interaction. The setup process was hassle-free too, which I really liked.

**What do you dislike about Heyo Chat?**

Not designed for business collaboration, some versions of Heyo apps have complaints about fake profiles and paywalls according to user reviews, limited enterprise integration.

**What problems is Heyo Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heyo Chat makes it easier to communicate, form social voice communities, and enjoy interactive entertainment. It's great for real-time social interaction but not for business use.

**What do you like best about Heyo Chat?**

I was looking for a lightweight chat functionality to make our team more available to customers, and Heyo was the perfect choice. Really easy to implement and easy to use.

Talking with your customers is the most important thing any founder does. This has allowed us to talk with our customers more frequently, and proactively chat with leads visiting our website.

Our team gets notified when someone visits our pricing page and onboarding page, and can proactively reach out.

I had a question when implementing the software, and it was (of course) aswered in their live chat - dogfooding Heyo. Great customer support.

nothing. Implementing this was very easy

I like how Heyo Chat gives you a fast response. There is no holding on the other end waiting to be next for a quick fix.

**What do you dislike about Heyo Chat?**

Sometimes you can't describe things through the chat like you can on the phone.

**What problems is Heyo Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heyo Chat helps me get information fast while on a site and find parts to fix a machine. I like the fast response with no waiting queues.

one of the most helpful and liked thing about heyo chat is it contains a lot of games like ludo, carrom  and also chat environmen, which is very easy to use.I use this app al l day to kill my boredom.

**What do you dislike about Heyo Chat?**

The irritating thing about this asking about inapp purchases continoulsy by bots. even though i buy some.it should have better customer support instead of boys

**What problems is Heyo Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It kills  my boredom. One of best thing i can interact with lot of new peoples with same likes and dislikes which is very difficult find these days
