I don’t always have my laptop on me and if I need to fix something for a client fast it’s hard. I appreciate Hevy Coach for its ample exercise library and the ability to create custom exercises, which I find incredibly valuable. The user-friendly setup made transitioning smooth for me and my clients. I greatly enjoy the comprehensive logging features, including the capacity to track every exercise's history along with weight, fat percentage, and body part measurements. Notifications for workouts and new personal records enhance the experience, as does the rest timer alarm. What do you dislike about Hevy Coach? I find it quite time-consuming to update the client's workout manually. I work with maximum repetition percentages, so weekly updates for each client's reps or weight are necessary. When managing a few clients, this task seems manageable, but as the number of clients grows, it becomes daunting and inefficient. I believe a feature that automatically increases reps or weight over time would resolve this issue, significantly saving time and making the process more efficient.
