**What do you like best about HeraldEX?**

Integrating HeraldEX into our platform was seamless. Their unified API and no-code widget made it easy to add crypto‑to‑fiat and fiat‑to‑crypto capabilities in under a day. KYC flows are smooth and compliant across regions (EU, UAE, Australia), and settlements are executed almost instantly with transparent FX and markup controls

**What do you dislike about HeraldEX?**

While the overall platform is solid, there are a few areas that could be improved. The user dashboard could benefit from more real-time analytics and reporting features, especially for transaction history and conversion tracking.

**What problems is HeraldEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to launch global fiat and crypto payments (20+ currencies, 30+ coins) without multiple vendor contracts.
