**What do you like best about Helppier?**

The fact that no coding was required made the process much more cost efficient than other app enhancing options.

**What do you dislike about Helppier?**

There is room for improvement for the pop-up design options.

**What problems is Helppier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping users understand my product during the bottom of the purchase funnel. It has improved the customer experience and the customer can make a better informed decision. Lastly, it makes the brand look more professional.

**What do you like best about Helppier?**

User interface is so easy that its multipage guiding helped me finding what i exactly want.

**What do you dislike about Helppier?**

One thing i am not liking about it is it gets stuck in the middle. Else everything is fine.

Inshort it helps me in Saving my time as it reduces the Help tickets which i used to create to find what I wanted

**What do you like best about Helppier?**

The multipage guiding flow helped me achieve exactly what I was looking for. With some unique features like video export of onboarding flow is really helpful in teaching the stubborn users.

Moreover, Net Promoter Score is something that I really like and doesn't get offered on other similar platforms on top of user onboarding tool.

**What do you dislike about Helppier?**

I have a mixed feeling with the current UI of the app. Though the founder who is really a nice guy assured me that he is listening to all the feedback and working on improving as per the suggestions.

**Recommendations to others considering Helppier:**

Great product guys! Do give them a try, they are really motivated in serving their customers which I really liked from the very first interaction.

**What problems is Helppier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now I am using it for user guiding inside the web app. The benefit is clear to me till now, it really reduces the help tickets and churns count that was happening due to rough onboarding till now.

Seems easy to setup but it's buggy as hell

**What do you dislike about Helppier?**

Very buggy. It crashes a lot. Requires more configuration than dropping their code because it's slowing the site down.

I have done my research before hopping on to the Helppier. They have a solid product in hand. At https://appy.l we started using Helppier and we are very happy with the experience and the added value.

The customization is more advanced compared to similar applications. I'm a very happy to be a Helppier user. Great product! and great support!

**What do you like best about Helppier?**

The ease of use, and the canva integration. I love how you can customize the tour within your app especially with the canva integration that allows you to get deeper into the design of your tour. Genius idea!

**What do you dislike about Helppier?**

Nothing I’ve discovered yet. I would say though that there is a learning curve.

**What problems is Helppier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User onboarding is much easier for our user base. We also found the churn rate increased when we implemented this!
