Habit Reviews & Product Details

Habit by Helose is patient engagement software that uses iMessage to connect clinics and patients, avoiding the need for a dedicated app. Clinics set customized check-in schedules with staff-designed questions to track treatment adherence and flag patients needing follow-up. Patient replies are consolidated into a single thread for clarity. The platform includes a patient store, allowing clinics to embed product reorder links in messages. Refill orders go to the clinic's fulfillment queue, with clinics retaining revenue. Habit automates interactions using programmed logic, requiring staff input only for personalized support. It integrates with clinic software and supports supplement refill reminders.
