It has been crucial in assisting me to maintain control over my inventory and sales. **What do you dislike about HelloProfit?** The cost of the instrument is somewhat costly, which might not be suitable for small firms. the interface can stop when there are too many adverts and the data load times are slow. In addition, it also allows me to see in a much more orderly and summarized way the balances of the sales made, which for me turns out to be something very useful when I want to know the cash availability of the business, without having done a cash close or need to review bank account balances. **What do you dislike about HelloProfit?** The data load can be a bit slow, however if you are not in a hurry it is not a major inconvenience, another thing that is quite annoying is the fact that it has too much advertising, which many times hinders the use of the system already that the interface stays stuck all the time **What problems is HelloProfit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Above all, to better control the finances of my company, in a simple and fast way, without having to resort to specialists who charge me large amounts of money to do exactly the same as HelloProfit rezlia for me, It really is a very useful tool, that if it has one or another it fails, but that does not mean it stops being an excellent alternative. ### 4. It also serves to track products as they mature so you can see where you need to shore things up. ### 5. If you dont track it you will easily think you are making money but can be far off in the long run **What do you dislike about HelloProfit?** I dont like how it takes a day for the ads and promotions to be taken out of the total. I wish it would update in real time instead of havcing to wait for the business day to end for the cost and profit to update. This would really up function through the day instead of having to wait then make adjustments. **What problems is HelloProfit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving over spending and elmininating un necessary costs. It helps me see which products have ads that work and ones that dont. You can sell alot but if ads are alot then you are losing in the long run. ### 6. They also do a great job with their reporting tool which allows you to breakdown specific Amazon sales data in almost any way you could think of! **What do you dislike about HelloProfit?** I wish Hello Profit was able to update data even quicker than it does today. Sometimes sales figures can lag behind in specific areas like advertising. **What problems is HelloProfit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We mainly use Hello Profit for its sales dashboard (or homepage). But from time to time we use the reporting to get sales data for specific dates or times. Other than that, this is more of a financial resource. ### 7. Also if your cogs are off it will make other things off as well. **Recommendations to others considering HelloProfit:** Making uploads for products easier would be a bonus. I found the pricing to be unreliable only, because our cogs were ever changing.
