**What do you like best about HelloBox?**

Conceptually very good for both Hello and Hello2 units which we have.

**What do you dislike about HelloBox?**

No updates to Android OS
No support from Solarborate with repeated requests remaining unanswered.
Was supposed to have Google Assistant Integration which failed to occur.
If we now see the brand Solaborate in a product, we would now avoid it.

**What problems is HelloBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It used to be our primary terminal for video conferencing, however local PC features are now equal.
It simply sits at the side of our office now collecting dust..
