It's simple, effective, clean and has a right amount of tool and features for us where its not too complicated to learn or implement and still makes great improvement to our project overviews and workflows. This goes all the way from the administrators to the users and clients. As one of our clients said "It's the Ryan Reynolds" of Project Management tools - and we couldn't agree more. Also a big shout-out to the team behind it, that always responds quickly on chat and e-mail. **What do you dislike about Hello Ivy?** We would love to see more : - More/Better notification options - Project templates - Access to see other team-members "today" - Optimize mobile- and desktop apps **What problems is Hello Ivy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralizing our tasks, projects and handbooks to secure a more streamlined workflow and enabling better coordination between teammembers. This has helped us reduce mentalfatigue, improved our effectiveness, communication and overview for tasks and deadlines. ### 2. Sleek, white design that allows you to focus. - The "Today" overview allows me to easily assign tasks to the team but also makes me stay on top of things. - The Feed tool is awesome, it's like a Facebook/Linkedin wall but then for your company/team. You can post whatever you want but it's a great tool for announcements and work updates. **What do you dislike about Hello Ivy?** I found some bugs in the calendar but the team at Hello Ivy already said they will be fixed soon. I would also prefer push notifications over receiving email updates, but that's on their roadmap I was told. **What problems is Hello Ivy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having all your work in one app is something that sounds amazing, however many apps promise this and then you start using them and they just don't work well. For Hello Ivy, this is truly the case, it's so simple and intuitive that it's a joy to work in the app. Being able to easily switch from docs to chat to tasks, discussions is great. What's even better? I can simply use "@{task}" in the chat to share a task with the team. Also with the company feed tool team engagement is higher than what it used to be. People love to use this tool and we work in the Hello Ivy all day already, so it's easily/quickly accessible. ### 3. It's an excellent tool for managing our projects, keeping all tasks in one place, with open access for the team according to their project. With the discussion page, we can create an open discussion inside of our project to solve existing problems and address open issues without scheduling meetings, It allows us to resolve topics more efficiently and keep our workflow streamlined. Need to say that it also has a significant advantage - because I can separate my personal tasks from the company/projects one. The intuitive user interface allowed my team to quickly onboard to the tool and start working on tasks. Additionally, Hello Ivy offers a wide range of features that make it stand out from the competition. **What do you dislike about Hello Ivy?** It would be great if the Hello Ivy team would soon add customizable task columns. It will be helpful if we have this ability cause it gives us more flexibility for specific projects. **What problems is Hello Ivy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hello Ivy helps me with project management. It helps me organize and share information with my team and clients. Also, I can easily collaborate with team members and track multiple tasks without losing all the necessary information. As well as, I can keep everything in one place (notes, documents, technical requirements, etc.) ### 4. Adoption is crucial to the long-term success of such tools. My team was up and running within minutes due to the onboarding flow and ease of use. The tasks and activities work seamlessly with the Gant-chart and calendar, which is often not the case elsewhere. Hello Ivy contains all features you can expect. **What do you dislike about Hello Ivy?** Reports and dashboards that show the number of completed tasks, completed projects and time spent on those projects would be helpful in order to get a high level overview on progress **What problems is Hello Ivy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Project management tools are crucial in both straightforward and complex projects. Hello Ivy helps streamline these tasks, ensures we are not missing any steps, and effectively work our way through from start to finish. With other tools, we struggled with proper adoption due to complexity. So far, we have had a very positive experience and 100% adoption with Hello Ivy. ### 5. On top of that, we also use it as wordpress to publish results to the clients. It helps me as a manager stay on top of everyone's work, see what happens next, what's pending, etc. There is also a calendar functionality like google calendar which helps me track meetings and deadlines. ### 6. It often required a lot of time to manage my projects, while the idea is that they save me time? All of them just had too many options and it often took me a while to figure out where to click. Ever since I've been using Hello Ivy I notice I am more on top of my work and actually enjoy opening the app! It's so easy to work with. I especially love how clean the UX is, it's extremely straightforward to use. It's all pretty intuitive and that helps with my efficiency.
