As a small to medium sized business, we're thrilled about the easy and simple learning curve of HelloIvy, where you can go from Zero to Hero within a day of using it.

It's simple, effective, clean and has a right amount of tool and features for us where its not too complicated to learn or implement and still makes great improvement to our project overviews and workflows. This goes all the way from the administrators to the users and clients.

As one of our clients said "It's the Ryan Reynolds" of Project Management tools - and we couldn't agree more.

We would love to see more :

- More/Better notification options

- Project templates

- Access to see other team-members "today"

- Hello Ivy is extremely easy to use, very intuitive.

- Everything is connected and located in one app. Docs, tasks, discussions, company feed, etc. You can link to any of these from anywhere (just like mentioning team members).

- No nonsense design, no unneccessary clutter. Sleek, white design that allows you to focus.

- The "Today" overview allows me to easily assign tasks to the team but also makes me stay on top of things.

- The Feed tool is awesome, it's like a Facebook/Linkedin wall but then for your company/team. You can post whatever you want but it's a great tool for announcements and work updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found some bugs in the calendar but the team at Hello Ivy already said they will be fixed soon. I would also prefer push notifications over receiving email updates, but that's on their roadmap I was told. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hello Ivy helps me to allocate tasks for my team, including comments and attachments, as well as start and due dates. It's an excellent tool for managing our projects, keeping all tasks in one place, with open access for the team according to their project.

With the discussion page, we can create an open discussion inside of our project to solve existing problems and address open issues without scheduling meetings, It allows us to resolve topics more efficiently and keep our workflow streamlined.

Need to say that it also has a significant advantage - because I can separate my personal tasks from the company/projects one.

The intuitive user interface allowed my team to quickly onboard to the tool and start working on tasks.

Of all the systems I used, Hello Ivy struck the best balance between robust features and user interface by far.

Adoption is crucial to the long-term success of such tools. My team was up and running within minutes due to the onboarding flow and ease of use.

I have used many project management tools over the past years but always ended up deleting my account because I found them too difficult to work with. It often required a lot of time to manage my projects, while the idea is that they save me time? All of them just had too many options and it often took me a while to figure out where to click. Ever since I've been using Hello Ivy I notice I am more on top of my work and actually enjoy opening the app! It's so easy to work with.

I especially love how clean the UX is, it's extremely straightforward to use. It's all pretty intuitive and that helps with my efficiency. Simplicity is key! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
