I am in the Domino field for the past 17 years, as an Administrator and a Developer. I like how simple it is upgrade Domino(after planning properly) and how easy it is to make changes to the numerous applications. There is not much to write here but I can say connectivity with other systems is a bit lagging. Developers can easily implement or modify. Backward compatable - legacy apps run just like they always did. There is no simples install guidelines on minimalistic debian server. But i use it on CentOs (redhat fork) and it works very well.
