It is used to automate endpoint management as it AI powered.
It also helps to asset inventory.
It is easy to use and quick understandable.

**What do you dislike about HCL BigFix Service Management?**

I Feel it still has that legacy interface and GUI which can be improved in further.

**What problems is HCL BigFix Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said it is helping us to automate our endpoint management which is reducing manual efforts. It is easy for us to get our asset compliance report as a best practice.
