What do you like best about HarrisData?

Simple, easy to use, not much training required, support from the Harrisdata, ability to track country's government compliance reporting, support for employee metrices like claim reimbursement, salary structure, salary credited, tax etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HarrisData?

Though the interface provides various features but it lacks some advanced features like employee reporting, employees rating on the compentencies atlast employee onboarding, though this feature is there but bit difficult to start with. Employee utilisation in the project is also something which Harrisdata could add. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HarrisData:

Good software for beginners, but lot of improvement can be dome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HarrisData solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to use HarrisData as our ERP system. We switched to NetSuite in 2017 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HarrisData?

System uptime was pretty solid. This was an on premise system that ran on an IBM server we owned. The cost was considerably lower than what is out there today for cloud based, hosted ERP systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HarrisData?

Very little customization available. You certainly do not have to freedom of a system like NetSuite to add JavaScript and process transactions in an automated fashion. Being on premises also meant we had to maintain the servers and hardware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HarrisData:

Really assess your complete ERP needs. HarrisData runs on AS400 and is limited in its capabilities. Is you have a simple set of business requirements, this system might be all you need. You will also need in house capacity to maintain server hardware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HarrisData solving and how is that benefiting you?

HarrisData was a decent ERP system for a small business. We used this ERP to generate our financial statements and maintain inventory controls. We were also able to connect some basic EDI functionality, but integration was limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
