We sometimes lose our work and have to start all over again, especially when finalizing inspections into reports. **What problems is Happy Property solving and how is that benefiting you?** We no longer have to use a separate device and hope the photos upload. We love being able to schedule inspections and create new customized reports depending on the location, climate and amenities at our sites. ### 2. I also like that you can put notes in each section about the pics you took! **What do you dislike about Happy Property?** I wish any user could create templates for the app. **Recommendations to others considering Happy Property:** Prepare your inspection prior to arrival. **What problems is Happy Property solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love that the app links to our program for property management! ### 3. Making it easier to for a quick customization for any property or land. **What do you dislike about Happy Property?** If you do not create a new inspection or customize a current template, the standard inspection templates are overboard. I highly recommend creating and customizing your own to not waste time. **Recommendations to others considering Happy Property:** If you're already a user of Buildium, turn on the Happy Inspection function. This makes life easier as a property manager to keep all your inspections on the property level. **What problems is Happy Property solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the current property management software we are using, Happy Inspector is able to connect to it seamlessly. This makes for quick inspection shares to our owners so they can quickly see the condition of their unit. ### 4. The first issue was the concrete layout of our paper sheet. As nice as it was to have a physical page on which to make notes, we never found that the categories fit each property. Also, there was no photographic evidence unless we decided to take photos. NOW, we just take our phones into the property, snap pics, and edit the layout and rooms to match each property. Making notes is easy, and the documentation aspect has helped our business immensely. **What do you dislike about Happy Property?** I would like to be able to duplicate inspections, then edit whichever one I'd like to. **Recommendations to others considering Happy Property:** It is an excellent addition to Buildium property management **What problems is Happy Property solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's different on each operating system, so people with iphones have a different experience than we who have android. It still works though. ### 5. You are allowed a certain amount of picture through rooms, and they give you a place for taking pictures of the walls, ceiling, floor, etc. **What do you dislike about Happy Property?** The app is rather finicky.
