Hanypass Reviews & Product Details

HanyPass is a self-serve digital loyalty program for independent shops: hair and beauty salons, cafés, bakeries, restaurants and retailers. Customers join by scanning a QR code at the counter and get a loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to download. The merchant scans the card with their phone or a barcode scanner, and points or stamps are added in one tap. The customer file builds itself: visit history, VIP customers and customers who have stopped coming. Merchants can send targeted or scheduled notifications straight to the card in the Wallet, set up automated campaigns (birthday, win-back after 21 to 90 days without a visit, Google review requests) and sell gift cards and prepaid packages. Staff accounts and a POS API with signed webhooks are included. A free plan covers up to 100 customers, and setup takes a few minutes without any technical help.
