I would prefer the ability to select a specific time for reports rather than being limited to the preset time increments. More flexibility in scheduling would make the reporting feature even more useful. **What problems is HandyTrac solving and how is that benefiting you?** HandyTrac helps us maintain better control and accountability over our keys. It allows all keys to be where they are supposed to be at any given time. If they are not, it is so simple to look up and find who checked out keys with a date and time stamp. When you're running a high-unit-volume property, this organization, along with checks and balances, is extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about HandyTrac?** I have found that switching out key tags or replacing key tags is not user friendly. Maybe the newer versions of the system have made this easier, however, with our current model I would like to be able to switch key tag numbers/unit numbers via the online system instead of directly on the machine. **What problems is HandyTrac solving and how is that benefiting you?** HandyTrac helps keep our key system safe and secure. As the property manager, it takes away the headache of having the key box in my office under my control of having to allow access and keep track by hand of who has check out specific keys, etc. It streamlined a process that was once very time consuming. ### 5.
