The biggest limitation for me is the reporting schedule. I would prefer the ability to select a specific time for reports rather than being limited to the preset time increments. Organization and management of our properties' key system. It allows all keys to be where they are supposed to be at any given time. If they are not, it is so simple to look up and find who checked out keys with a date and time stamp. I have found that switching out key tags or replacing key tags is not user friendly. Maybe the newer versions of the system have made this easier, however, with our current model I would like to be able to switch key tag numbers/unit numbers via the online system instead of directly on the machine. What I dislike about HandyTrac is that it can feel outdated and not very intuitive, especially compared to newer systems. Some tasks take more steps than necessary, and it isn’t always user-friendly for quick updates in the field.
