There are some great video conferencing solutions, for events - think Haia. The biggest problem in online and hybrid events is attendee engagement leading to a poor user experience - it is difficult to navigate or engage at an event. No event platforms have really mastered this yet. Until now :) The Haia Solution; We focus on easy user experience, we designed it in from the very start and are now the most user friendly platform for online and hybrid events. Hosts can build a full varied event, invite guests and let it run itself in minutes - really! We work so well by simplifying our system and adding unique features like Haia Stages and event collaboration portals. ## Haia Reviews ### 1. Haia Timelines and Networking are excellent features and provide the event managers with an easy way to set up events. One of the most important features is the use of Language Technologies to present content and talks to users in their chosen language and I hope to see features to do with converting speech into BSL as well in the Future **What do you dislike about Haia?** At the moment no downsides, the development team and marketing team at Haia have obviously consulted their users and focus groups and it shows in the final product/system **What problems is Haia solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the major problems Haia is solving in Wales is its use of ASR and MT to translate spoken sound into text for different languages ### 2. For events that are online or hybrid Haia is the only way to go ### 3. Can get fully featured events up and running in minutes. Being able to separate event days into stages and sessions means a fully multi-layered experience for attendees and participants. The recent addition of interpreter functionality is a very welcome feature for us in Wales. **What do you dislike about Haia?** Pre-defined event templates would be great, but this is already on the Haia roadmap. **What problems is Haia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Haia can do the legwork of 3 well-known platforms (EventBrite, Zoom, Teams etc), this is beneficial to us and for our attendees for a better user experience. ### 4. It was straightforward to join the event, and tools such as screen sharing and chat functions were easy to use. **What do you dislike about Haia?** As someone delivering a presentation I would have preferred to see other people on the screen to gauge reactions. However, appreciate this isn't for everyone. **What problems is Haia solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is interesting to see another virtual platform trying to make the experience more user friendly for the client. ### 6. The platform caters for all and more of what I needed from an online event platform. **What problems is Haia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Haia allows delegates of events to move between rooms and sessions virtually, while the speakers can see the attendees and receive visual feedback while presenting. This functionality wasn't available via any other platforms we've reserched. ### 7. Frame adjustment to resize is in beta with office software integration would be useful. **What problems is Haia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Haia helps with visibly increasing the quality of customer interaction and retain their attention, interest and ability to disseminate and retain information, which is evident through the attendance, and interactivity analytics post event. ### 9.
