Instead doing a lot of active work to gain candidate engagement and build a strong candidate pipeline as you do with other platforms - with Hackajobs we just select suitable candidates from the matches and they select us back if we are the right fit for them so great engagement from the get-go, all done through the platform so it really takes the conscious effort out of it. Hackajob is an intuitive platform, easy to use and provides a clear approach to finding tech talent in an ever-evolving and challenging market. Although I have only been using the platform for a month, it's proven to be a tool that has provided strong candidates.

Aside from the platform being a solid sourcing tool, the customer success team has been exceptional; Natalia, in particular, has been a constant in the support we've received with open communication, regular catch-ups and listens to any product improvements we feel that may be needed.
