Hackajob is an intuitive platform, easy to use and provides a clear approach to finding tech talent in an ever-evolving and challenging market. Although I have only been using the platform for a month, it's proven to be a tool that has provided strong candidates.

Aside from the platform being a solid sourcing tool, the customer success team has been exceptional; Natalia, in particular, has been a constant in the support we've received with open communication, regular catch-ups and listens to any product improvements we feel that may be needed. We recruit for a number of locations across the UK, and most of our roles require candidates to be eligible for security clearance so this has always been a challenge for us. With hackajob, there is a consistent pipeline for almost every role, which has resulted in me being able to deliver lots more profiles to key stakeholders in the business. There arent any, the platform makes my life much easier and the support we recieved from the team is always great. The account managers are accommodating, and if you can't get ahold of a candidate, they will reach out to the candidates to give them a nudge. Hackajob has been one of the most suitable tech sourcing platforms in the UK market. It provides a deep talent pool across multiple areas, particularly robust with Engineering and Data roles. It is also helpful for other fields like Product, UX/UI or Cloud Engineering / Devops.
