Gym Ledger Reviews & Product Details

Gym Ledger helps gym owners and staff manage memberships, payment records, outstanding dues, renewals, attendance, leads and reports. It runs on Android and iPhone; the Max plan adds a web dashboard and compatible biometric attendance, subject to the exact device and setup. Staff can record payments collected outside the software, including partial payments, and track each member’s remaining balance. Fixed class schedules, member assignments and class attendance are supported. Each workspace manages one gym. Saving changes requires an internet connection. Gym Ledger offers a 10-day Max trial. After the trial, adding or changing records requires a paid plan, while existing records remain available in view-only mode.
