The interface is so easy to use , even for anyone with limited IT confidence. Once you select your chosen retailer the gift certificate is instant , no waiting at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The option to save time and not have to wait for a PIN to be sent to your email does NOT work. Every time I select the box that says "remember this computer for next time" I still have to wait for PIN every single time I log in.This creates frustration and takes away form user satisfaction. On the merchant selection point — once a merchant is selected, it can't be changed, as the funds are transferred directly to them at that time. We really wish merchants' gift card processors offered more flexible refund policies, but unfortunately, that's not something they support.
