I work with all sorts of outside vendors, and none have customer service like Guusto's. They are always extremely quick to respond. My customer service rep is almost always Uche. They are amazing to work with and always have an answer to my question. Guusto is also extremely user friendly. As our account administrator, I see both the admin side and the user side. I find both to be so easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Guusto?** Some employees have trouble accessing their account. Typically they just forget their password and aren't tech savy enough to use the "forgot password" button. In these cases, Guusto customer service gets them reset in an extremely timely manner. Guusto is always very quick to get them access! **What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Guusto helps us get our company years of service awards out without having to manually send each award. After we automated our Guusto system, sending out YOS became incredibly easy!
