Thanks to the HTML capture, I only record the demonstration once and can customize it for each client! Moreover, when a feature is added, I can simply add a step instead of re-recording the entire demonstration.

Digging into advanced reporting takes a bit of trial and error to figure out but honestly that's not really an issue.

The simplicity of creating demos is its superpower. It’s almost effortless to capture exactly what we want to show our prospects. **What do you like best about Guideflow?**

"Since I started working at Mangopay, I've only used video recording tools to present new features to the sales team. I also sometimes had to organize meetings with the whole sales team to explain complex functionalities. The problem was that they were passive and didn't really understand the value of the features because they hadn't tested them for themselves.
When I started using Guideflow to train them in new features, they changed their approach. They became actors in the demo and tested for themselves the new flow proposed and the task we were helping the user to carry out. They got more involved, and we felt more listened to as a product team. We also felt that our work was better understood and consequently sold by the sales team. This had a positive impact on sales and sales/product collaboration."

I didn't meet any issue with the tool which is stable and intuitive. And even when I had questions, the team was super reactive :)

"Guideflow has helped us to solve a persistent problem in the company: getting our sales staff up to speed on new functionalities to optimize GTM. Up to now, we hadn't been getting the results we were expecting from new functionalities, because they weren't sufficiently promoted by sales staff.
We realized that they didn't always understand how these functionalities worked, how they should be used and therefore sold.
With Guideflow, they were able to get to grips with the new functionalities as if they were everyday users of the tool, and that made all the difference."

The possibility to add variables to personalize the onboarding has been really useful for us. Also, the interactivity is useful because the user is active and uses the product in a secure environment before using it on its own way. We finally had a better activation rate after few weeks of usage.

We are not only discovering really great demo abilities with external members, but also finding new ways to use the tool internally from Marketing, to Support, to CSM, etc.

While the learning curve is small, which is highly beneficial, there are certain nuances within the product that you'll likely notice. However, the GuideFlow team is really responsive and taking feedback to support our business.

With incredibly complex demos, that follow many workflows, the bandwidth of our Solutions team is really limited. With Guideflow, when we set up these "flows" once, they can be reused, modified, and a library can be created so that our solutions team can handle more mid-market and enterprise level deals rather than being bogged down by 100 smaller deals. AE's can run a customized, technical demo that can engage and showcase our product.

Guideflow is excellent for interactive product tours. For me the HTML capture and integration with Salesforce are outstanding in particular. Lead gen forms can be customized and embedded into the Guideflows and lead information flows directly to Salesforce - like a breeze! In just two months, we have implemented Guideflow across various platforms from demand generation campaigns and website integration to event kiosks and sales tools. The responsiveness of their product management and support team is amazing. Also features like Clearbit integration have significantly improved our understanding of the customer and the market - the value goes well beyond interactive demonstration! This is a data machine!

Landing pages are now dynamic, engaging experiences that seem to captivate more visitors. The integration with HubSpot is a nice touch too, allowing us to tweak lead gen forms as we've been used to with HubSpot all along - all that directly inside the demos.

Boss told me to explore some fresh ideas on how to modernize our marketing. I came across interactive demos with a looot of options to choose from. I tried perhaps 10 free trials and Guideflow won. We're now creating interactive demos to present our products in a way that really stands out. Visitors land on our website and immediately click within the demo. We then set up a HubSpot form and collect leads through these demos.
