Guardpass is very simple to use for both employees and employers. I’ve found it much easier than the previous vetting companies I’ve used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Suggestion for the officers: sometimes the response from the vetting team is that they won’t explain why they can’t accept a certain type of document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GuardPass has been incredibly helpful in supporting our vetting process for potential hires. The platform makes it easy to submit applicant details, and I receive regular updates on the status of each check. Accessing completed files and certificates is straightforward and efficient. Their vetting process is exceptionally thorough -sometimes almost too thorough - but they always deliver with precision and reliability. The customer service has been excellent throughout, and working with Will has been an absolute pleasure. GuardPass is listening to feedback and implement changes based on said feedback to accommodate the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While GuardPass has a large database of users it might lack candidates in some locations (certain parts of Wales for example) other than that I havent encountered any issues. And when I do it gets sorted quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to post jobs and review candidates quickly. The profile video feature is especially helpful — it gives me an immediate sense of each candidate's English proficiency and presentation skills, saving me time on phone calls with people I likely wouldn’t hire. The CV search tool is also a really handy bonus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The site can be a bit laggy at times, which slows down the process. One major improvement I'd like to see is the ability to filter candidates by gender. Some of our clients specifically require female security staff for their venues, and even when I clearly state 'Females Only' in the ad, I still receive over 100 applications from male candidates who haven't read the listing. A filter would save a lot of time and improve relevance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having spent the last 27 years in the security industry, I can confidently say this platform is a breath of fresh air. Back in my days as an Operations Manager for a smaller company, the sheer amount of time and effort spent finding staff for ad hoc site cover was mind-numbing. Hours of phone calls, juggling schedules, and praying someone would be available, and that was all before starting the vetting process to comply with BS7858 as an ACS company!

This system is nothing short of revolutionary. It takes the labour-intensive guesswork out of the equation, seamlessly connecting officers and employers with efficiency and professionalism. From the perspective of both compliance and convenience, it’s an absolute game-changer.

I wholeheartedly back this platform and unequivocally recommend it to security companies looking to streamline their operations. It’s market-leading innovation at its finest and a tool I wish had been around in my early days in the industry!

Five stars from me—this is the future of security resourcing! 🌟 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This platform is absolutely magnificent and a real game-changer for the security industry. The only downside I’ve come across is that once a job advert has closed, you can no longer access applicants' CV details unless you’ve downloaded them beforehand.

It’s a very minor point on what is otherwise an outstanding system, and it doesn’t take away from how innovative and effective this tool is. Highly recommend it to anyone in the industry! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GuardPass is a user friendly system for us to use in our People & Culture team. It allows us to remain compliant with BS7858 regulations whilst ensuring that the vetting process doesn't take too long for our candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only feature I dislike is the token system for vetting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The service is extremely efficient, you can book a course in a matter of minutes and easily add first aid. It is streamlined and very easy to use. After booking, I like that I can keep track of the results of my bookings and also their Corporate Team is on hand to support with any queries. We comunicate with Nisar Ahmed often, and he is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a standalone complaint but the changeover from Top Up to Refresher training happened very early compared to other suppliers, and without much warning, which was difficult for our business. In addition, response times from the Corporate Team can vary week by week, sometimes they are efficient yet others it can take quite a while. Hopefully this improves. I have been using guardpass for over a year. It has been a big contribution towards my success in managing a large scale business.

My favourite feature of Guardpass is you can have a preview of candidates before you've even contacted them by viewing the video they upload for the employers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think how it is geographically engineered could have some minor improvement.

For example, there have been times I have placed an ad up for Doncaster and I will get people from cities from areas that are far away who apply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a training provider of SIA Qualifications, we regularly advise cohorts of learners to use GaurdPass as an additional form of learning, revision and additional knowledge based learning.

The application requires a user registered account to access Mock Examinations - allowing this to be accessed without the need to register could be beneficial to those considering taking the course to evaluate if the assessment requirements are within their learning scope.
